- POLICY-
CANCELLATION and NO SHOW
We require at least 4 hours notice for cancellation of 2 or more services. Repeated no shows will result in refusal to book in the future, or a 50% deposit for future bookings.
PURCHASES AND RETURNS
Unopened and unused products may be exchanged* or given a full refund within 7 days of purchase. You must have the original receipt to make a return or exchange. We cannot exchange or offer a refund for opened products.
*Unopened product exchange: should the product exchange be lesser than the original item price, a refund of the remaining amount will be made. Should the product exchange be greater than the original item price, the remaining balance owed will be charged.
